AVAILABILITY
Due to seasonal changes (Dry and Wet) in the NT, Australia, some products are not always available on demand.
All artists and other producers do not make or produce the same item on demand. Their focus is on individuality and uniqueness.
PACKAGING
All gift boxes and baskets contain a luxurious cushion for product support. Some glass or delicate items may be individually wrapped within the box.
Presentation is an utmost priority
Each gift box and basket is sealed with our Unique NT Gift Baskets sticker.
A complimentary gift card will be attached with your personal message to the recipient.
Each Gift box and basket may vary depending on availability. If required by you, we may be able to send a photo upon completion before delivering.
ALCOHOL
Any gift box or basket containing alcohol must be accepted by a person 18 and over. We may require proof of ID to verify age.
We do not deliver gift boxes and baskets to unattended premises
Restricted Areas or Communities cannot be delivered any gift box or basket containing alcohol.
POSTAGE
Postage interstate interstate postage fees will be a flat rate of $35.00 with Australia post per gift box or gift basket.
All local Greater Darwin, including Palmerston will incur a delivery fee of $10.
Rural Darwin Areas Girrawwen, McMinns Lagoon, Humpty Doo and Herbert will incur a delivery charge of $20.00
Hospital same day deliveries can be made if order is placed before 10.00am on the day.
Deliveries will be made b/w 12.00noon and 5pm Monday- Friday
Weekend deliveries can also be arranged b/w 10.00am to 12.00 noon

FEES
Gift boxes and baskets include GST and credit card fees
We accept Mastercard , Visa and Zip pay and Pay Pal.
CANCELLATION FEE
A cancellation fee of $5.00 will be incurred which is a fee charged to Unique Gift Baskets by Shopify. Any orders placed for special event days such as Mother’s Day will not be able to be cancelled
BULK ORDERS
We would be happy to discuss bulk orders or repeat bulk orders with special prices. Please ring 0406719252 to speak to one of our team or email us at uniquentgiftbaskets@gmail.com.
Orders or 5 or more gift baskets or gift boxes require a minimum 3 days notice.
CUSTOMISED ORDERS
